How coordination works at OAK

Submit flight details at least 24 hours in advance — flight number, airline, arrival time, and number of guests and bags.

We confirm the terminal and meeting point (T1 or T2 baggage claim) and send a confirmation with your representative's information.

Your representative monitors the flight in real time and is positioned at the baggage claim before the aircraft arrives at the gate.
