How coordination works

Submit travel details and any special requests at least 24 hours in advance — flight number, departure or arrival time, lounge preferences, and any access credentials.

We send a confirmation with your representative's contact information and a briefing on the plan — timing, meeting point, and any notes on lounge or security logistics.

Your representative meets the traveler at curb or check-in and escorts them through available checkpoints to the gate area.
